What is ULAS?
ULAS or the Unified Legal Aid Service is the provision of proper and adequate legal assistance to anyone who cannot afford it.
What is the ULAS Rules?
It is the set of rules governing the rendition of mandatory and incentivized legal aid service in favor of indigents as defined by Covered Lawyers every Compliance Period in the rules.
